How do I add customers in Ofcorz?
Adding new customers to your business is an essential step in expanding your customer base and building relationships. Within Ofcorz, there are a number of ways to add customers to your customer base.
From the menu bar, click clients.
Then click on invitations.
Now you can enter the email address of the customer you want to invite in the upper right corner.
When you click on Send, the customer will receive an invitation in his/her mail.
After the customer accepts the invitation the customer will be listed under current (to the left of invitations). Customers who have not yet accepted your invitation will show up under manage invitations, here you can find the status per invitation.
Open the customer page
Click on the add button.
Fill in all required information and click save.
Are you switching from another system to Ofcorz? No problem, with a few clicks you can import all your old clients into Ofcorz.
Open the clients page
Navigate to import and import the CSV file
After one of your clients places a booking via the widget or from your booking page, it automatically appears in Ofcorz.
Invite
From the menu bar, click clients.
