How do I cancel a subscription?
After assigning a subscription to customers, it is of course also possible to cancel it. By following the steps below, it is very easy to cancel an active subscription:
Select the subscriptions tab in the left menu.
Then navigate to purchased.
From here, you can select a customer in the top right corner to view all the details about this customer.
The final step is to cancel the subscription. You can do this by clicking on the cancel button.
