How do I manage the availability of my team members?

To edit the availability of your team members you need the role Admin or Manager. To modify this availability and thus the rosters of your team members, you can follow the steps below.

Navigate to Agenda and select the day view.
Select the button at the top right of the calendar. On mobile view, this button is in the top left corner. Pressing this button will reveal your team members.
After it is unfolded you can now select the team members whose availability you want to see.
Then click on the availability of this employee and adjust where necessary. You can only adjust availabilities in the future.

Note that the weekly and monthly views do not show the availabilities. You can only view them per person and per day.
