How do I open a new chat?
Creating a chat and sending chat messages to your customers and/or team members is very easy. We explain it for you in the steps below.
Select Messages from the left menu bar.
Then click on the message icon in the expanded message bar.
When you click this you can type in the name of your team member or client.
Type the message you want to send and then click the send button in the lower right corner.
