What does Ofcorz do to prevent no-shows?

Customer no-shows are one of the biggest pain points for service companies these days. At Ofcorz, we are aware of this and do everything we can to prevent no-shows.

Sending reminders
We automatically send a reminder email 24 hours in advance for every booking/appointment. Sending these reminders reduces no-shows by 50%.

Cancellation period
For payments paid in advance, through the payment time ''Now'', we can offer a cancellation period. In this you can specify per service how much % is automatically refunded, when cancelled within the cancellation period.
